1. Introduction

Mini Genius ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in our mobile application.

2. Children's Privacy

Our app is designed for children. We do not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. All data processed is stored locally on the device and is never transmitted to external servers.

3. Information Collection

We do not collect personal information such as names, addresses, or email addresses. We may collect non-personal information such as game progress, achievements, and settings, which are stored locally on your device and never sent anywhere.

4. Data Deletion and Account Removal

Because Mini Genius does not use a central server to store your personal accounts, there is no online account to delete. However, you can delete all your local data at any time.

To request data deletion:

Open the Mini Genius app.
Go to the Settings menu.
Scroll down to the Legal section and tap "Delete Account Data".
Confirm the prompt. This will permanently wipe all local progress, coins, and settings from your device.

5. Advertisements

            Mini Genius is completely ad-free. We do not use Google AdMob or any other third-party advertising
            network. No advertising data is collected, processed, or shared with any party.
        

Premium features are unlocked exclusively through Apple In-App Purchase (StoreKit), which is governed by Apple's own privacy and payment policies.

6. Third-Party Services

The app uses Firebase (by Google) for anonymous crash reporting and basic analytics. These services are configured to collect no personally identifiable information and do not use User ID tracking (disabled for COPPA compliance). Only anonymous crash data (stack traces, OS version, device model) is collected. Reference: Firebase Privacy Policy.
